Your exact fee will depend on the services required. We always agree the fee in writing before starting any work.

Whether you're a freelancer, contractor, tradesperson or self-employed professional, we handle your self assessment tax return, calculate your allowable expenses and manage your payments on account. We work with sole traders across Scotland and the wider UK.

Yes — and we make it completely painless. We handle the entire handover process, including contacting your previous accountant for files and records (with your authority), notifying HMRC of the change of agent, and getting everything set up in our systems. Most clients are fully onboarded within 3 working days.

Yes — always. You will receive a written proposal setting out exactly what is included in your monthly fee before we begin. We never charge additional fees for phone calls, emails or standard questions — that's part of the service.

We are Xero Certified Advisors and use Xero as our primary bookkeeping platform — cloud-based, MTD compliant and giving you real-time visibility of your finances. We also support Sage Business Cloud. For payroll we use Moneysoft, and for tax and accounts filing we use IRIS Elements and TaxCalc, submitted directly to HMRC and Companies House.
